Exercise for just 15 minutes a day or 90 minutes a week and still reap the benefits!

What are the benefits?

  • 3 year longer life expectancy
For every additional 15 min of daily exercise
  • further reduce all-cause mortality by 4%
  • all-cancer mortality by 1%
These benefits were applicable to all age groups and both sexes, and to those with cardiovascular disease risks.

What if I don't exercise?
  • Individuals who are inactive have a 17% increased risk of mortality.
